My Girl Sasha

"We met one day when I was living in Florida. I was bored one Saturday and went to the local PetSmart where an adoption agency set up camp on the weekends. SadSac (Save a Dog, Save a Cat) is a wonderful organization. They foster pets from all over...My girl was found roaming the streets of Miami one day, pregnant until some kind person found her and called SadSac. They immediately had her fostered with the wonderful Fay.

This particular day I sat down to chat with one of the volunteers and then Sasha came over to me. Well, she put her two front paws on my legs, looked me in the eyes, kissed my cheek and a half hour later we were driving home together! She settled in like we had been old kindred spirits."

And we were.
